Refund policy

Here's the deal with returns: you have 30 business days to send something back. To be eligible, items must be unused and in the same condition you received them – tags attached, original packaging intact.

Ready to return? Just email us at support@belcien.com to get the process started. Keep in mind that you're responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once we receive your return, expect a refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
